The International Public Service Association (IPSA), with cosponsorship from the Office of International Programs, is pleased to present the 2010 IPSA Spring Conference, one of the most prestigious events at NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.  Our conference attracts students, academics and professionals with interest in international development practice and policy.  We discuss trends and opportunities that can alter the status quo in the international development sector and provide a basis for deeper understanding of the issues facing today’s changemakers.

This year’s conference will focus on the variety of strategies offered to combat the globe’s growing food security challenges.  Ranging from scientists to journalists, from international aid organizations to the agribusiness, we will explore who is doing what and how these efforts can complement each other to produce a holistic set of practices to ensure that the nutritional needs of the world’s vulnerable are met.
