Environment

Description:
Environmental quality is an integral factor in the production of our food. Moreover, an ever-growing scarcity of resources and the threat of climate change are creating political, social and environmental tension around food access and quality. This session, led by Ann Novak and Christina Schiavoni, will address the global and local environmental elements of food security including the structures of food systems and hunger.
